Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your skin condition and talk through your goals. We’ll explain how Profhilo works and confirm whether it’s the right treatment for you. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes a full session of Profhilo, an award-winning injectable moisturiser made from pure hyaluronic acid. Unlike traditional skin boosters or fillers, Profhilo doesn’t add volume or change facial shape. Instead, it spreads evenly beneath the skin to deeply hydrate and stimulate collagen and elastin. The result is firmer, smoother, more radiant skin with improved elasticity and bounce. How It Works Profhilo uses a patented form of hyaluronic acid, injected in small amounts across specific points of the face. Once injected, it disperses beneath the surface to hydrate from within and kickstart your body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. This process helps to tighten, lift, and improve skin quality over time, making it ideal for anyone experiencing dullness, crepey texture or early signs of ageing. Products Used We use Profhilo’s original formula, which contains one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market. It is CE-marked, safe, and clinically proven to improve skin tone, texture and firmness in just a few sessions. Does It Hurt? A numbing cream is applied before treatment to keep you comfortable. You may feel a small sting or pressure at each injection point, but the procedure is quick and very tolerable. Downtime & Healing You may experience small bumps or redness at the injection points, especially in thinner areas. These typically settle within 24 hours. Full aftercare advice is provided before you leave. Results & Longevity Most clients begin to notice a visible improvement in glow, texture and hydration after their first session, with full effects seen after two treatments, spaced four weeks apart. Results typically last up to six months, with maintenance recommended twice a year. Sessions & Suitability Profhilo is suitable for all skin types and is especially loved by clients wanting natural, injectable skincare without volume. It can be used on the face, neck and even the hands to improve tone and elasticity.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
