Important – Anti-Wrinkle Consultation Due to new legislation from June 2025, all clients must attend an in-person consultation with our nurse prescriber before any botox treatment. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had treatment before. Please book a separate ‘Botox Consultation’ first. It’s a quick 10-minute appointment to assess medical suitability and issue your prescription. Cosmetic questions can be asked at your treatment appointment. Consultation & Flexibility Your treatment will begin with a full consultation to assess your skin and talk through your goals, and make sure this is the right combination for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded and if you book the wrong thing, it’s no problem, we can adapt your treatments on the day. What’s Included This package includes one session of Profhilo and 3 areas of anti-wrinkle injections, two of the most effective treatments for smoothing fine lines, improving skin texture and giving a fresher, more youthful appearance. Booked individually, this would cost £590. As a package, it’s £550 saving you £40. How It Works Profhilo is an injectable skin treatment made of pure hyaluronic acid. It spreads beneath the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin from within to improve firmness, hydration and elasticity. It’s not a filler or anti-wrinkle product, it’s a bio-remodelling treatment that restores skin quality and glow. Anti-wrinkle injections use a safe toxin to relax specific facial muscles and soften lines such as forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. It helps reduce movement in the area while still allowing natural expression when administered correctly. Products Used We use official Profhilo for all skin booster treatments, and prescription anti-wrinkle toxin administered by a qualified medical professional. Your practitioner will guide you on the best areas to target based on your facial dynamics. Pain & Downtime Profhilo involves a few small injections on each side of the face and may cause tiny lumps that settle within 24–48 hours. Anti-wrinkle injections are quick, with minimal discomfort. Mild redness or pinprick marks may appear temporarily. Results & Longevity Profhilo results build gradually over 4–6 weeks. Anti-wrinkle results start to show within a few days, with full effect at 2 weeks and results lasting 3–4 months. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
