Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your skin and talk through your concerns. We’ll explain exactly how microneedling works, recommend a treatment plan, and confirm if it’s the best option for your goals. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit is refundable, and treatments can always be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes a full microneedling session using a high-grade, medical microneedling device to treat the face or specific areas of concern. It’s a powerful skin rejuvenation treatment used to improve texture, smooth out scarring, fade pigmentation, reduce pores, and soften the appearance of fine lines. Over time, it leaves your skin clearer, smoother and more even in tone. How It Works Microneedling uses a pen-like device containing ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These tiny channels trigger your body’s natural healing response, stimulating new collagen and elastin production. As the skin regenerates, it becomes firmer, plumper and visibly more refined, with results building over the weeks that follow. Products Used We use professional microneedling systems with medical-grade sterile needle cartridges to ensure depth accuracy and precision. During treatment, we also apply a specialised hydrating serum or healing solution to help calm the skin, support recovery and boost results. Does It Hurt? We apply a numbing cream beforehand to ensure your comfort. You may feel a light buzzing sensation or mild scratchiness as the device moves over your skin, but most clients find it very manageable. Downtime & Healing Redness is expected for 24–48 hours after treatment, and your skin may feel slightly tight or warm. Some light peeling or flaking may also occur as the skin renews. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions to support healing and protect your results. Results & Longevity You’ll begin to see fresher, smoother skin within 1–2 weeks. For long-term benefits like scarring reduction or skin tightening, a course of 3–6 sessions is typically recommended. Results continue to improve over time as new collagen forms. Sessions & Suitability Microneedling is suitable for most skin types and concerns, including acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, and general dullness. It’s a great option for clients wanting natural results without injectables.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
