Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation to assess your skin and talk through your goals. We’ll explain how PRP works and confirm if it’s the right option for you. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes full PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) skin rejuvenation, commonly known as the ‘Vampire Facial’. Using your body’s natural healing power, PRP helps improve texture, radiance and skin tone. It’s particularly effective for fine lines, scarring, enlarged pores, and dull or tired-looking skin. How It Works We begin by taking a small amount of your blood and spinning it in a medical-grade centrifuge to extract the golden plasma. This plasma is rich in growth factors that stimulate collagen, support healing, and restore skin health from within. It’s then either microneedled or injected into the skin, depending on your concerns and treatment plan. Products Used PRP is 100% natural and made from your own blood, no artificial substances or fillers. We use high-performance systems to ensure the most concentrated, high-quality plasma for optimal results. Does It Hurt? A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment. You may feel light pricks during microneedling or a slight pinch with injections, but the procedure is gentle and most clients find it easy to tolerate. Downtime & Healing Redness, sensitivity, or small marks can appear straight after treatment and usually settle within 24–48 hours. Some clients experience mild dryness or flaking as the skin renews. You’ll be given full aftercare advice to support healing. Results & Longevity Results appear gradually as your skin begins to regenerate. You’ll usually notice a healthier glow and improved texture after 2–3 weeks, with ongoing collagen production over the following months. A course of treatments is often recommended for best results. Sessions & Suitability PRP is suitable for most skin types and is ideal for clients wanting natural rejuvenation without synthetic products. It can also be used on the face, neck, chest and hands to restore radiance and reduce visible signs of ageing.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
