Consultation & Flexibility This is a 15-minute consultation with one of our skin specialists to assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. If you change your mind after the consultation, your £50 deposit can be refunded. If you choose to go ahead with any skin treatments, the £50 comes off the total cost of your future booking. What’s Included During your consultation, our skin expert will carry out a professional analysis of your skin, go through your current routine, and talk in detail about your goals. Whether you’re struggling with breakouts, dullness, dehydration, scarring, or early signs of ageing, we’ll identify the most effective approach to help you achieve clearer, healthier skin in the shortest possible time. How It Works We’ll start by assessing the condition of your skin in person, looking at hydration levels, oil balance, barrier function, tone, texture and visible concerns. We’ll then talk through what’s been bothering you, what products or treatments you’ve tried before, and what results you’re hoping to achieve. Based on this, we’ll create a plan that may include professional treatments, at-home skincare changes, or both, all designed to fast-track your progress. Products Used No treatment is included in this session, but you’ll receive expert recommendations on which of our treatments and skincare options are best suited to your skin type. Everything suggested will be carefully selected by a professional with in-depth knowledge of skin science and advanced skin therapies. Results & Longevity While no treatment is carried out during the session, the insight and plan you receive will set the foundation for long-term skin improvement. You’ll have a clear idea of the steps to take and what results to expect. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
