We’ll talk through your concerns and goals, and confirm whether Skinvive is the right treatment for you. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes a full session of Skinvive, a luxury, FDA-approved injectable designed to enhance hydration, smoothness, and radiance from within. Rather than altering facial structure or adding volume, Skinvive works just beneath the skin’s surface to improve overall skin quality, leaving the complexion looking refreshed, dewy, and naturally luminous. How It Works Skinvive uses a series of microdroplet injections containing hyaluronic acid, a powerful moisture-binding molecule that attracts and retains water within the skin. This advanced technology boosts elasticity, refines skin texture, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, resulting in a smoother, healthier glow that lasts up to 6 months. It also improves the way light reflects off the skin, making it visibly more radiant. Products Used We exclusively use Skinvive by Juvederm, the first and only injectable skin booster of its kind to be FDA-approved for improving skin smoothness. It features a patented form of hyaluronic acid that hydrates without volumising, making it perfect for achieving an ultra-natural, high-end finish. Does It Hurt? Numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the treatment comfortable. You may feel slight pressure or pinching, but the microdroplet technique is quick and very tolerable. Downtime & Healing You may experience a few small bumps or redness at the injection points, which usually settle within 24–48 hours. Results & Longevity Skinvive delivers a fresh, hydrated glow within the first 1–2 weeks, with results lasting around 9 months from a single session. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
