Service Description
Consultation & Flexibility This appointment is only for clients who have had their tear trough filler in the last 2–3 weeks and have been advised to book a top-up. Every appointment starts with a full consultation where your practitioner will assess how your under-eye area has settled and confirm whether a small adjustment is needed. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option or timeframe, your appointment can be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This session is designed for clients who may benefit from a small top-up following their initial tear trough filler. We always adopt a conservative approach and intentionally underfill in the first session, as it’s far safer and more effective to build gradually over time. If needed, this appointment allows us to make subtle refinements and enhance the results further. How It Works A small amount of additional filler is carefully injected under the eyes to address any remaining hollowness, asymmetry or volume loss. The goal here is not to start again but to perfect the result you’ve already had, enhancing hydration, smoothing the contour, and gently improving the overall brightness and shape of the under-eye area. Products Used We use premium CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers specifically formulated for the delicate under-eye area. These are chosen for their safety, hydration levels, and minimal risk of migration. The same product used in your initial appointment will be used again unless discussed otherwise. Does It Hurt? The treatment is quick, very precise, and most clients find it more comfortable than their first session. A numbing agent is available if needed, though many clients don’t require it. The full procedure is usually completed in under 20 minutes. Downtime & Healing Downtime is usually very minimal. You may experience mild swelling, tenderness, or slight bruising around the eyes for a couple of days, but this settles quickly. We’ll provide full aftercare advice in clinic to support your healing. Results & Longevity Top-ups allow us to build your result gradually and safely. Once fully settled, results typically last 9–12 months, with many clients finding the second session helps lock in the result for longer. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
