Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation so we can assess your facial structure, discuss your goals, and make sure temple filler is the right treatment for you. If you decide to go for something different on the day, that’s absolutely fine as we can transfer your deposit to another treatment. What’s Included Temple filler is one of the most powerful anti-ageing treatments. As we age, it’s common to lose volume in the temples, the space just outside the eyes and above the cheekbone, which can create a hollow, sunken look. This loss of support can also affect the overall shape of the face, leading to heaviness around the eyes or even making the upper face look more skeletal. By restoring volume to the temples, we can reframe the upper face, lift surrounding areas, and bring back a softer, more youthful contour. The results are subtle but incredibly effective in enhancing overall facial balance. How It Works Using a high-quality hyaluronic acid-based filler, small amounts of product are placed in the temple area using either a needle or cannula, depending on your anatomy. This helps replenish lost volume, smooth hollowing, and support the structure around the eyes and forehead. In some cases, temple filler can also create a gentle lifting effect across the brow tail and upper cheek, making it a great choice for clients who want a non-surgical refresh. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers chosen for their safety, longevity, and ability to integrate naturally into the skin. Brands may include, Revolax, or Nexfill, depending on what’s most appropriate for your treatment plan. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment very tolerable. A strong numbing cream is applied beforehand, and we use gentle techniques to minimise any discomfort. The procedure is quick and comfortable. Downtime & Healing You may experience mild swelling or tenderness in the area, and occasionally some light bruising, but this typically settles within a few days. We’ll provide full aftercare guidance. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately, with the temples appearing fuller and more lifted. Full settling occurs over 1–2 weeks, and results usually last 9–12 months, depending on your lifestyle and metabolism. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
