Consultation & Flexibility This package includes a full consultation at the start of your appointment. What’s Included The Full Face Package is our most complete treatment package, designed for clients wanting full-face enhancement in one appointment. Unlike fixed packages, there are no set treatments included, you can have ANY treatments you want, and AS MANY areas treated as needed during your appointment. This may include filler, anti-wrinkle treatment, profile balancing, contouring, lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, nose, under-eyes, skin boosters, facial slimming, smile correction, or multiple treatments combined together. Everything is completely tailored to your face, your goals, and the look you want to achieve. How It Works During your consultation, we assess your facial structure, proportions, movement, and areas of concern before building a bespoke treatment plan around you. This package is ideal for clients wanting noticeable but natural-looking results, whether that’s a softer, fresher look or a more sculpted and defined appearance. By treating multiple areas together, we’re able to create better overall balance and more impactful results. Products Used We use premium CE-marked products including Revolax, Teoxane, Nexfill, and other high-quality injectables selected specifically for your treatment plan. Does It Hurt? Most clients find treatment very manageable. We apply a strong numbing cream beforehand, and where suitable, use cannulas to minimise discomfort and bruising. Downtime & Healing Some swelling, bruising, or tenderness is normal and usually settles within a few days. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately, with final results improving as swelling settles. You’ll leave looking more balanced, refreshed, lifted, and defined whilst still looking like yourself. Results typically last between 6–18 months depending on the treatments performed. Sessions & Suitability Most clients only need one appointment, although larger transformations can be built gradually over multiple sessions. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
