Consultation & Flexibility This package includes a full consultation at the start of your appointment. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. Don’t worry if you book the wrong thing though as our bookings are just guides, and your treatments can be swapped or adjusted on the day based on what’s best for your face. What’s Included The Ultimate Contour Package includes four of our most popular treatments; chin filler, cheek filler, jawline filler, and non-surgical rhinoplasty. It’s perfect for enhancing your facial structure and profile from every angle, with natural-looking, defined results. How It Works Chin filler helps to project and balance the lower face. Cheek filler restores volume and adds lift through the mid-face. Jawline filler creates sharper definition and a more sculpted look. Non-surgical rhinoplasty reshapes the nose using filler, smoothing bumps or lifting the tip without surgery. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid-based fillers, including Revolax, Teoxane, and Nexfill, selected based on your facial structure and treatment plan. Does It Hurt? Most people find the treatment comfortable. We apply a strong numbing cream before we start, and where possible, use a cannula for reduced discomfort and bruising. Downtime & Healing Mild swelling or bruising is common after treatment and usually settles within a few days. Some tenderness is expected, especially around the nose and jawline. Results & Longevity Results are visible straight away and continue to improve as swelling settles. You’ll leave looking more defined, contoured, and lifted, with enhanced symmetry and side profile. Results typically last 9–18 months, depending on the area and your metabolism. Sessions & Suitability Most clients only need one session, but we can advise on top-ups if needed. This package suits both first-timers and returning clients looking to enhance multiple areas in one appointment. Individually, these treatments cost £1,180. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
