Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation to assess your under-eye area and ensure this is the right treatment. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong thing, no stress, we can adjust or swap your treatment on the day. What’s Included This package includes one session of under-eye brightening using a premium polynucleotide injectable. We recommend a course of 3 sessions for best results, spaced around 2–4 weeks apart. How It Works Polynucleotides are bio-stimulating molecules that help your skin regenerate from within. Instead of adding volume like filler, they improve skin quality, boosting collagen, hydration, and elasticity. This is ideal for thin, crepey skin, dark circles, or a tired look under the eyes. Over time, you’ll notice smoother, brighter skin and a more refreshed appearance. Products Used We use high quality polynucleotide products specifically developed for the under-eye area. These are designed for minimal swelling and long-lasting, natural-looking results. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment comfortable. We apply numbing cream beforehand, and use a fine needle. You may feel light pressure but most people are surprised by how gentle it is. Downtime & Healing There’s very little downtime. You might have some tiny bumps or redness just after the treatment, which settle quickly, usually within a day. Bruising is rare but can happen. We’ll go through full aftercare with you in clinic. Results & Longevity You may start to see a glow or smoother texture after your first session, but results build gradually. After 3 sessions, the under-eye area looks brighter, firmer and more hydrated. Results last around 6–12 months, with maintenance recommended once or twice a year. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is best for clients with dark circles, fine lines or dullness under the eyes. If you have deep hollows, we may recommend combining this with tear trough filler. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
